100 gr soy beans
100 gr sugar
1 liter water
Direction:
1. Clean the soy beans and soak it into the warm water for 10 - 16 hours.
2. Remove the hulls (not necessary)
3. Grind the soaked soy beans and the water in a blender
4. Heat the soy milk till boiled, add sugar
5. Strain it
6. Keep in refrigerator for 2-3 hours
PS: Fresh homemade soy milk, easy to make, enjoy it every day/ week to keep up a good health. (by the way, how the **** felt before we drink the soy milk in your kitchen last Sunday?)
