+ 400 gr Kway Teow
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
200 gr Mushroom, cut into cubes
2 Eggs, whisked
100 gr Bean Sprout
100 gr Chives, cut into 4 cm long
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Direction:
1. Heat the pan, add the oil. Add the garlic and fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the mushroom, stir it for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the eggs, stir it.
4. Add the kway teow, bean sprout, chives, salt, and soy sauces. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.
PS: Because of an unexpected condition, I really need to change the Kway Teow into the noodles. And yeah, finally I cooked the fried mushroom noodles, with the ingredients for Fried Kway Teow. Lucky, he didn't get food poisoning after he ate my food! OH CRAP! "J" by his side!
