With Love 47 - Scrambled Tofu

Ingredients:
25 gr Onion
2 cloves Garlic
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
7 Red Chili (small)
50 gr Chicken Cubes
150 gr Tofu
Water
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Direction:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the onion and garlic and fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the chili and chicken, and stir it for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the tofu, oyster sauce, salt, pepper and water. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.

With Love 46 - Mayonnaise Prawns

Ingredients:
Prawns:
1/4 liter oil
250 gr Prawns
2 Eggs
100 gr Seasoning Flour
1 tablespoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Salt

Sauce:
3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Condensed Milk


Direction:
Prawn:
1. Mix the prawn, salt, black pepper and chilled it fr 1 hour
2. Dip the prawn in whipped eggs.

3. Coat prawn with the seasoning flour (2x).
4. Heat the pan and add the oil.
5. Fry it until all the prawns cooked.

Sauce:
1. Mix all the ingredients and heat it at the pan
2. Add the prawn and stir it well, serve.

With Love 45 - Milk Pudding with Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients:
Pudding Ingredients:
1 pack of agar-agar/ jelly powder
+125 gr sugar (as desired)
1000 cc milk

Strawberry Sauce Ingredients:
150 gr strawberry,
chopped and crumbled
75cc water
50 gr sugar
6 Strawberry, sliced
1 tablespoon, cornstarch

Direction:
Pudding:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a pan, bring to the boil.
2. Put all the boiled ingredients in a pudding mold
3. Keep in refrigerator for 2-3 hours

Strawberry Sauce:
1. Put all the ingredients in a pan (except the cornstarch), cooked it until it boiled
2. Add the cornstarch, and mix it well.

Ingredients:
1 Baguette
6 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Parsley
1 tablespoon Cheese Cream
2 tablespoon Butter
Lettuce, as desired
Tomato, as desired

Sauce Ingredients:
Mayonnaise, as desired
Chili Sauce, as desired
Tomato Ketchup, as desire


Directions:
1. Cut the baguette into 2 cm long.

2. Mix all the sauce ingredients.

3. In another bowl, mix garlic, butter, cheese cream, and parsley.

4. Heat the pan, and add butter. Apply the batter (3) into the baguette, and fry it.
5. Garnish it with tomato and lettuce.

Cincau (as desired)

1. Combine all the ingredients in a pan (except the cincau), bring to the boil.
2. Arrange the cincau slices at the pudding mold, put all the boiled ingredients inside
3. Keep in refrigerator for 2-3 hours

Ingredients:
Marinated Ingredients:
2 tablespoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon Sweet Soy Sauce

2 clove Garlic
50cc Milk

1 teaspoon Black Pepper

200gr Chicken


Sauce Ingredients:

Mayonnaise, as desired
Chili Sauce, as desired
Tomato Ketchup, as desired

Sandwich Ingredients:
8 Breads, baked with butter
2 Tomato
Lettuce, as desired

Directions:
1. Mix all the marinated ingredients and chilled it for 1 hour.

2. Drain all the marinated ingredients, around 1-3 minutes.

3. In another bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients

4. Arrange the sandwich into this combination; bread, lettuce + tomato + sauce, bread, chicken, bread, lettuce + tomato+ sauce, and bread.

4gr of agar-agar/ jelly powder
+50 gr sugar (as desired)
400 cc milk

Milk Pudding
6gr of agar-agar/ jelly powder
+75gr sugar (as desired)
600 cc milk

Direction:
1. Combine all the choco cubes ingredients, bring to the boil.
2. Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour, cut it into cubes
3. Combine all the milk pudding ingredients, bring to the boil.
4. Arrange the choco cubes at the pudding mold, put all the boiled ingredients inside.
3. Keep in refrigerator for 2-3 hours

2 tablespoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon Sweet Soy Sauce

2 clove Garlic
50cc Milk

200gr Beef


Sauce Ingredients:

2 tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Onion

2 cloves Garlic

200 cc Milk
4 tablespoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce

2 tablespoon Sweet Soy Sauce

1 teaspoon Black Pepper

1 Yellow Capsicum

3 tablespoon Corn Flour


Directions:

1. Mix all the marinated ingredients and chilled it for 1 hour.

2. Drain all the marinated ingredients, around 1-3 minutes.

3. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the onion and garlic, fry it until fragrant.

4. Add the capsicum, stir it for 1-2 minutes.

5. Add kikkoman soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, milk, and black pepper.

6. Wait until it boiled, add the corn flour.

7. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.

100 gr Kailan

2 tablespoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce

1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the onion and fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the mushroom, and stir it.
3. Add the kailan, kikkoman soy sauce, and sweet soy sauce. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.

1 Onion
5 Tomato, chopped and crumbled

2 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Corn Flour

Direction:
Bistik:
1. Combine all the ingredients except the chicken and oil.

2. Put all the chicken inside the batter.
3. Heat the pan and add the oil.
4. Fry the chicken slice by slice with the batter.

1. Heat the pan and add the olive oil. Add the onion, fry it until fragrant
2. Add he tomatoes, salt and sugar. Wait until it boiled, add the corn flour.

With Love 28 - Rainbow Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
200 gr Red grape
200 gr Green grape
200 gr Strawberry
200 gr Peach
2 cups of Nata De Coco (no water)
6 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
4 tablespoons of Condensed Milk
2 tablespoons of Lime juice
200 gr Shredded Cheese

Direction:
1. Wash all the fruits (grape + strawberry + peach) and cut it into small pieces.
2. In a large bowl, put the Nata De Coco, Grape, Strawberry, and Peach. Add Mayonnaise, Condensed Milk, and Lime Juice. Mix all the ingredients and stir it up until blended
3. Add Shredded Cheese at the top, keep it refrigerated for a day

With Love 26 - Choco Crepes with Cheese

Ingredients:
150 cc Milk
100 gr Sugar
50 gr Flour
2 Eggs
2 tablespoon Melted Butter
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
Shredded Cheese

Direction:
1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk.
2. Add the sugar and the melted butter.
3. Heat the frying pan. Pour the batter onto the pan. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes.
4. Fill each crepe with the shredded cheese.
