Ingredients:
Basmati Rice
Turmeric Powder
Butter
Water
Dendeng Batokok (check the previous recipe : homemade 3)

Directions:
1. Mix and cook the rice ingredients with low heat.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon Olive Oil

4 cloves Garlic
1 Onion
100 gr Chicken Cubes
1 Carrot
Macaroni, boil
250 cc Chicken Stock

1/2 tablespoon Salt
Pepper
Cinnamon

Direction:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the garlic and onion, fry it until fragrant.

2. Add the chicken and carrot, stir it for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add the macaroni, chicken stock, pepper, cinnamon, and salt.
4. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.

With Love 156 - Chicken Bitter ballen

Ingredients:
100 gr Butter
150 gr Flour
350 cc Milk
250 gr Minced Chicken
1 Onion
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
2 Eggs
100 gr Breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Sugar
Cooking Oil

Directions:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the onion and fry it until fragrant
2. Add the flour, stir it. Add the milk, stir it continuously.
3. Add the chicken, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and sugar.
4. Take around 1 tablespoon of the dough, and shape it round.
5. Dip it into the whipped eggs, and coat it with breadcrumbs
6. Fry it until all the bitter ballen cooked.

Ingredients:
150 gr Macaroni, boiled
2 tablespoon Margarine/ Olive Oil
1 Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
Beef Sausage
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
Cream Cheese

Grated Cheese

Direction:
1. Heat the pan and add the olive oil/margarine. Add the onion
and garlic, fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the sausage, oregano, salt, pepper, and stir it for 1-2 minutes.

3. Add macaroni, cream cheese, cheese, stir it until all the ingredients cooked.
4. Ready to serve.

200gr Chicken Breast, cut into cubes

Coriander
Salt Soy Sauce

Peanut Sauces:
100 gr Peanut
Chili Paddy
Sugar
60 gr Palm Sugar
25 gr Salt Soy Sauce
Lime Juice

Basmati Rice

Directions:
1. Mix all the satay ingredients and chill it for 1 hour
2. Arrange it with satay stick
3. Grill it until the satay cooked.
4. Mix all the peanut sauce ingredients.
5. Serve satay with basmati rice, peanut sauce, and fried shallots.

1 - 11/2 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
7 gr Yeast
75 - 90 cc Milk
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

2 Add the garlic at the top of the bread.
3. Heat it at the pan for 5-10 minutes.

1 pack of Pudding Powder (Dr. Oetker)
500 cc Milk (cold)
Cooking Chocolate (shredded)

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the pudding powder and milk until it become thicker
2. Put it in a cup and garnish with cooking chocolate
3. Keep it refrigerated for 1-2 hours.

Ingredients:
1 pack of Korean Noodles (any flavor)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 red onion, chopped
1 tomato, cut into small cubes
1 egg
Fish Balls
Kani
Squid
Cabbage
+500 cc water (as desired)

Direction:
1. Heat the pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil, add the onion, fry it until fragrant.
2. Add fish balls, kani, squid, and tomato.
3. Add water and wait until it's boiled. Add the Korean noodles and mix it until blended. If the water is not enough, you can add extra water.
4. Finally, add the egg and wait until it's cooked.
5. Ready to serve

With Love 148 - Beef Fried Bread

Ingredients:
10 pieces of Bread
Oil
2 Eggs, whisked
1 teaspoon Salt
150 gr Minced Beef
Onion
1/2 teaspoon Coriander
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Sugar

Coating Ingredients:
1 Eggs, whisked
125 gr Breadcrumbs


Direction:
1. Heat the pan, and add the oil. Add the onion, stir it until fragrant.
2. Add the beef, stir it for 1-2 minutes
3. Add coriander, salt, and sugar. Turn off the heat.
4. Take the a piece of bread, fill it with the filling and wrap it.
5. Dip the bread
into the whipped eggs, and coat it with breadcrumbs.
6. Heat the pan and add the oil.
7. Fry it until all the bread turned golden brown.

8. Ready to serve.

Sweet Soy Sauce

Ingredients :
100 ml air mendidih
Gelatin
400 gr Mango
Sugar
100 ml Evaporated Milk (evaporated milk)
50g Ice Cubes

Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin and the boiling water perfectly.
2. Put the mango inside the blender, and process until it smooth
3. Add the evaporated milk, gelatin, and ice cubes, process until it smooth again.
4. Pour the mango pudding at the cup.
5. Keep it refrigerated for 3-5 hours

With Love 145 - Chicken Tandoori

Ingredients:
4 Chicken (skinned drumsticks)

marinade:
1 cup of Yogurt
1 tablespoon Ginger Paste
1 tablespoon Garlic Paste
1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder -
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Tandoori Masala
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Salt
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Pickles
Garlic, boiled

Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the chicken and all marinade ingredients.
2. Store in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Pre-heat the grill, place the chicken once the grill is ready
4. Cook the first side for 5-10 minutes and flip it and cook it again for 5-10 minutes.
5. Repeat until the chicken is fully cooked.
6. Serve with garlic and pickles.

Ingredients:
175 gr Flour
20 gr Butter
1 sdm Milk Powder
Yeast
1 Egg
Water

Topping:
1 Onion
6 Beef Sausage
1 Green Capsicum
3 Tomatoes
Pepper
Salt
Oregano
Capsicum Powder
Mozzarella, shredded


Directions:
1. Mix all the pizza ingredients and leave it for 15 minutes.
2. Heat it at the pan for 5-10 minutes.
3. Heat the pan and add the onion, fry it until fragrant.
4. Add the sausage and capsicum, stir it for 1-2 minutes.
5. Add the tomatoes, pepper, salt, oregano and capsicum powder.
6. Stir it until it cooked and a little bit dry.
7. Add the topping at the top of the bread.
8. Garnish it with mozzarella cheese, and microwave it for 2-3 minutes.

2 tablespoon Sweet Soy Sauce

Tomato

Directions:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the onion and garlic, fry it until fragrant.

2. Add the carrot, stir it for 1-2 minutes.

3. Add the noodles, cabbage, and soy sauce. Mix it well.

4. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.

5. Garnish with the spiced beef and tomatoes.

With Love 140 - Homemade Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients:
Crumbs:
1 packet of Marie biscuit
Butter

Fillings:
250g cream cheese
Lemon juice
50g caster Sugar
Yoghurt
Gelatin

Layer & Garnish:
Strawberry Jam (150gr strawberry + sugar = heat until it became thick)

Directions:
1. Crush the biscuits and mix it with the butter
2. Then press and place it at the container
3. Chill it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
4. Beat the cream cheese until smooth then mix the other ingredients in it
5. Continue beating it till everything is smooth again
7. Pour the cheese filling on the crumbs.
8. Add the strawberry jam at the top of it.
9. Put in the fridge around 8-12 hours

Fried Tempe:
1/4 liter oil
Tempe
2 Eggs
1 Onion
2 clove Garlic
4 tablespoon Flour
1 teaspoon Pepper

Tomato Sauce:
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Onion
4 Tomato, chopped and crumbled

1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Corn Flour

Direction:
Fried Tempe:
1. Combine all the ingredients except the tempe and oil.
2. Put all the tempe inside the batter.
3. Heat the pan and add the oil.
4. Fry it

Tomato Sauce:
1. Heat the pan and add the olive oil. Add the onion, fry it until fragrant
2. Add he tomatoes, salt and sugar. Wait until it boiled, add the corn flour.
3. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.

Ingredients:
150 gr Conchiglie Rigate, boiled
2 tablespoon Margarine/ Olive Oil
1 Onion, chopped
Prawn
Salmon
Lettuce
1 Carrot
2 Egg Yolk
75 gr Parmesan Cheese
6 tablespoon Cream Cheese
Oregano
Black Pepper
Parsley
Salt
Cheese, garnish

Direction:
1. Mix the egg yolk, parmesan cheese, and cream cheese in a bowl => egg mixture
2. Heat the pan and add the margarine. Add the onion and fry it until fragrant.
3. Add the prawn and salmon, stir it for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add carrot and stir it until it cooked.
5. Turn the heat off, add the macaroni, lettuce, egg mixture, salt, parsley, oregano, pepper. Mix it well.

With Love 133 - Blueberry Cheesecake

Ingredients:
Crumbs:
1 packet of Marie biscuit

5. Continue beating it till everything is smooth again
7. Pour the cheese filling on it.
8. Add the blueberry jam at the top of it.
9. Put in the fridge around 8-12 hour

4 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
6 tablespoons of Condensed Milk
3 tablespoons of Lime juice
200 gr Shredded Cheese

1. In a large bowl, put all the ingredients (except the cheese)
2. Keep it refrigerated for a day
3. Garnish it with cheese, ready to serve

15 Prawns
2 Eggs
1 Onion
2 clove Garlic
4 tablespoon Flour

2 tablespoon Olive Oil

4 Tomato, chopped and crumbled
