With Love 104 - Chicken Katsu with Pasta

Ingredients:
Chicken Katsu:
Chicken Fillet
2 cloves Garlic
1 tablespoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
Ginger
1 tablespoon Kikkoman Sauce

1 Eggs, whisked
150 gr All Purpose Flour

Pasta:
150 gr Fettuccine, boiled
2 tablespoon Margarine/ Olive Oil
1 Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
200cc Milk (as desired)


Direction:
Chicken Katsu:
1. In a big bowl, mix chicken, garlic, soy sauce, salt, pepper, ginger, and chilled it for 30 minutes.
2. In the other bowl, mix the flour, black pepper.
3.
Dip the chicken in whipped eggs, and coat it with the flour.
4.
Heat the pan and add the oil.
5. Fry it until all the chicken cooked.

Pasta:
1. Heat the pan and add the olive oil/margarine. Add the onion
and garlic, fry it until fragrant.

2. Add spaghetti and milk, stir it until all the ingredients cooked.
3. Garnish with Chicken Katsu

With Love 103 - Calamari Pasta

Ingredients:
150 gr Spaghetti, boiled
2 tablespoon Margarine/ Olive Oil
1 Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
Prawns
Squid
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
200cc Milk (as desired)


Direction:
1. Heat the pan and add the olive oil/margarine. Add the onion
and garlic, fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the prawn, squid, oregano, salt, pepper, and stir it for 1-2 minutes.

3. Add spaghetti and milk, stir it until all the ingredients cooked.
4. Ready to serve

With Love 102 - Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon Oil
8 clover Garlic, chopped
250 gr Rice
100 gr Chicken, cut into cubes
1 Carrot
75 gr Green Capsicum
1 tablespoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 tablespoon Sweet Soy Sauce

Direction:
1.
Heat the pan, and add the oil. Add the garlic, stir it until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken, stir it for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add carrot, capsicum, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and rice.
4. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.
5. Ready to serve.

Directions:
1. Place lemon juice and honey in a large mug
2. Pour boiling water over and mix it well

With Love 100 - Peach Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
Crumbs:
Marie biscui
t
Butter


Fillings:

Cream Cheese

Lemon juice

Caster Sugar

Yogurt
Gelatin

Layer :

Peach


Directions:

1.
Crush the biscuits and mix it with the butter
2.
Then press and place it at the container
3. Chill it in the f
reezer for 10-15 minute
4.
Beat the cream cheese until smooth then mix the other section B item in it
5.
Continue beating it till everything is smooth n even again
6.
Slice the peaches and arrange the slice peaches on the crumbs nicely
7. Pour the cheese filling on to the crumbs and peaches

8. Spread the cheese filling evenly once again
9. Put in the fridge around 8-12 hour

75 gr French Bean
75 gr Tofu, cut into cubes
200cc Water
Pepper
Salt
Cloves
Cardamom


Direction:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the garlic and onion, fry it until fragrant.

2. Add the water, beef, carrot, potatoes, french bean, tofu, pepper, cloves. cardamom, and salt. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.

With Love 98 - Steamed Brownies

Ingredients:
4 eggs

90 gr sugar

75 gr flour

15 gr chocolate powder

75 gr butter

100 gr cooking chocolate block

1/4 teaspoon of baking powder


Directions:

1. Melt the cooking chocolate and butter.

2. Mix the egg and sugar until it grows and thick.
3. Add melted chocolate and butter. Mix it well

4. Add flour, chocolate powder and baking powder. Mix them well.
5. Put in a steamer pan and team for 25 minutes

6. Garnish (as desired)

Ingredients:
150 gr Fusilli, boiled
+250 gr Tomato, chopped and crumbled
2 tablespoon Olive Oil/ Margarine
1 Onion, chopped
Garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Sugar

1 tablespoon Oregano
Pepper
Meatball (check the previous recipe ==> with love 96)

Direction:
1. Heat the pan and add the olive oil. Add the onion and garlic, fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the tomato, salt, sugar, pepper and oregano.
3. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.
4. Put it at the plate, add the meatball, and ready to serve.
