With Love 158 - Dendeng Batokok with Yellow Basmati Rice

Ingredients:
Basmati Rice
Turmeric Powder
Butter
Water
Dendeng Batokok (check the previous recipe : homemade 3)

Directions:
1. Mix and cook the rice ingredients with low heat.
2. Garnish it with Dendeng Batokok

With Love 154 - Soy Sauce Chicken with Yellow Basmati Rice

Ingredients:
Basmati Rice
Turmeric Powder
Butter
Water

1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Onion

4 Chili Paddy

200 gr Boneless Chicken
Salt Soy Sauce
Sweet Soy Sauce
Water
Lime juice

Directions:

1. Mix and cook the rice ingredients with low heat.
2. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the onion and chili and fry it until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken, stir it for 1-2 minutes.

4. Add the sweet soy sauce, salt soy sauce, lime juice, and water.
5. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.
6. Serve with basmati rice rice.

With Love 153 - Chicken Satay with Basmati Rice

Ingredients:
Satay:
200gr Chicken Breast, cut into cubes
Onion
Garlic
Salt
Sugar
Pepper
Coriander
Salt Soy Sauce

Peanut Sauces:
100 gr Peanut
Chili Paddy
Sugar
60 gr Palm Sugar
25 gr Salt Soy Sauce
Lime Juice

Basmati Rice

Directions:
1. Mix all the satay ingredients and chill it for 1 hour
2. Arrange it with satay stick
3. Grill it until the satay cooked.
4. Mix all the peanut sauce ingredients.
5. Serve satay with basmati rice, peanut sauce, and fried shallots.

With Love 147 - Rice with Soy Sauce Chicken

Ingredients:
Rice

2 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Onion

7 Chili

4 Chicken
Salt Soy Sauce
Sweet Soy Sauce
Water
Lime juice

Directions:

1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the onion and chili and fry it until fragrant.

2. Add the chicken, stir it for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add the sweet soy sauce, salt soy sauce, lime juice, and water.
4. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.
5. Serve with rice.

With Love 142 - Rice with Spicy Minced Beef and Scrambled Egg

Ingredients:
Rice

Beef:
100 gr Minced Beef
1 clove Garlic
10 gr Chili
Olive Oil
5 gr Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Lime Juice

Egg, whisk, fry and cut

Directions:
1.Fry the garlic until it fragrant.
2. Add the chili and beef, stir it for 2-3 minutes
3. Add the lime juice, sugar, and salt.
4. Serve and garnish with rice and egg

With Love 139 - Bistik Tempe with Rice

Ingredients:
Fried Tempe:
1/4 liter oil
Tempe
2 Eggs
1 Onion
2 clove Garlic
4 tablespoon Flour
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt

Tomato Sauce:
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Onion
4 Tomato, chopped and crumbled

1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Corn Flour

Direction:
Fried Tempe:
1. Combine all the ingredients except the tempe and oil.
2. Put all the tempe inside the batter.
3. Heat the pan and add the oil.
4. Fry it

Tomato Sauce:
1. Heat the pan and add the olive oil. Add the onion, fry it until fragrant
2. Add he tomatoes, salt and sugar. Wait until it boiled, add the corn flour.
3. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon Oil
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
250 gr Rice
100 gr Chicken, cut into cubes
1 Carrot
75 gr French Bean
1 tablespoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
Shredded Cheese

Egg, whisk, fry, and cut

Direction:
1. Heat the pan, and add the oil. Add the garlic, stir it until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken, stir it for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add carrot, french bean, salt, pepper, cheese, and rice.
4. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.
5. Garnish with egg and ready to serve.

With Love 131 - Rice with Fried Prawn and Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:
Fried Prawn:
1/4 liter oil
15 Prawns
2 Eggs
1 Onion
2 clove Garlic
4 tablespoon Flour
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt

Tomato Sauce:
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Onion
4 Tomato, chopped and crumbled

1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Sugar

Ingredients:
Spice Chicken:
4 pieces of Chicken
Galangal, shredded
Water
Bay Leaves
Garlic
Onion
Coriander
Salt
Turmeric

Tomatoes
Lettuces
Egg, fried
Rice

Directions:

1. In a pan, mix chicken, galangal, garlic, onion, c
oriander, salt, and turmeric.
2. Pour the water and bay leaf, cook until the water dry.
3.
Heat the pan and add the oil.
5. Fry it until all the chicken cooked.

6. Ready to serve with rice, tomato, lettuce, and egg.

With Love 102 - Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon Oil
8 clover Garlic, chopped
250 gr Rice
100 gr Chicken, cut into cubes
1 Carrot
75 gr Green Capsicum
1 tablespoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 tablespoon Sweet Soy Sauce

Direction:

With Love 84 - Garlic Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
1/4 Chicken
2 tablespoon Lime Juice
10 cloves Garlic
1 Eggs, whisked
150 gr Flour
1/2 tablespoon Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 bowl of Rice


Directions:
1. In a big bowl, mix chicken, lime juice, garlic and chilled it for 30 minutes.
2. In the other bowl, mix the flour, black pepper, and salt.
3.
Dip the chicken in whipped eggs, and coat it with the flour.
4.
Heat the pan and add the oil.
5. Fry it until all the chicken cooked.

6. Serve with rice

Ingredients:
1 bowl of Rice
2 tablespoon Olive Oil

4 cloves Garlic

1 Carrot

100 gr Chicken Cubes
100 gr Mushroom (Enoki)
2 Potatoes
100 cc Chicken Stocks
200cc Water
Pepper
Salt

Direction:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the garlic and fry it until fragrant.

2. Add the chicken and stir it for 1-2 minutes
3. Add carrot, potato, mushroom, water, chicken stock, pepper, and salt. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.
4. Pour it at the top of rice.

With Love 56 - Italian Fried Rice

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon Butter
25 gr Onion, chopped
2 clover Garlic, chopped
250 gr Rice
100 gr Chicken, cut into cubes
2 Tomatoes, cut into cubes
75 gr French Bean
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tablespoon Black Pepper

1 tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
Cheese (as desired)


Direction:
1.
Heat the pan, and add the butter. Add the onion and garlic, stir it until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken, stir it for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add tomato, french bean, salt, pepper, oregano, sugar, and rice.
4. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.
5. Garnish it with cheese and tomato, ready to serve.
