With Love 126 - Net Scramble Egg

Ingredients:
3 Eggs
3 tablespoon Water
Salt

Fillings:
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Onion
Garlic
150 gr Minced Chicken
50 gr Carrot
Tomato
Lettuce
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
1. Whisk egg, water and salt. Fry and create the net shape.
2. Heat the pan, add the onion and garlic. Fry it until fragrant.
3. Add the minced chicken, carrot, tomato, lettuce, salt and pepper.
4. Fill the egg with the filling and ready to serve

Homemade 59 - Lontong Sayur + Bumbu Kacang

Ingredients:
Vege Sauce:
Onion
Garlic
Turmeric
Galangal
Ginger
Turmeric Leaf
Lime Leaf
Chili, grind
Salt
Lime Juice

Long Bean
Jackfruit
Coconut Milk

Peanut Sauce:
Peanut
Sweet Soy Sauce
Lime Juice
Salt
Chili, grind
Chili Paddy, grind
Sugar
Oil

Garnish:
Crackers
Lontong

Directions:
Vege Sauce:
1. Fry all the spices, add the vege and coconut milk.
2. Stir continuously until it cooked.

Peanut Sauce:
1. Fry chili and chili paddy for 1-2 minutes
2. Add the other ingredients.
3. Serve it with lontong, vege sauce and crackers.

Homemade 40 - Lontong Taucio ala Padang

Ingredients:
200 gr French Bean
100 gr Green Chili
1 pack Tempe
8 Red Onion
4 Garlic
Galangal
Ginger
Lemon Grass
Bay Leaf
Lime Leaf
250cc Coconut Milk
Taucio

Directions:
1. Fry the onion, garlic, galangal, ginger until fragrant.
2. Add green chili and french bean, stir it for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add taucio, tempe, coconut milk, lemon grass, bay leaf, and lime leaf.
4. Stir it until it cooked.

Homemade 22 - Telur Balado

Ingredients:
5 Eggs, fried

Chili
Salt
Onion
Oil

Directions:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the onion and fry it until fragrant
2. Add the chili, salt, and eggs. Stir it well.

Homemade 17 - Pindang Telur

Ingredients:
10 Eggs, boiled
Oil
300 cc Coconut Milk
1 Bay Leaf
5 Onion
Lemon Grass

(spices)
Galangal
Ginger
50 gr Chili
Turmeric

Directions:
1. Grind all the spices
2. Heat the pan and add the oil. Fry the spices, bay leaf, onion, and lemon grass until it fragrant.
3. Add the coconut milk, stir it.
4. Add the egss.
5. Ready to serve.

With Love 11 - Foo Yong Hai

Ingredients:
*Foo Yong Hai :
4 Eggs, whisked
1 Onion, chopped
150 gr Chives, cut into 2 cm long
1 Carrot, grated
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Margarine/ Olive Oil
2 tablespoon Flour

*Tomato sauce:
300 gr tomatoes, chopped and crumbled
water ( as desired)
1 Onion, chopped
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoon Corn Flour

Direction:
*Foo Yong Hai:
1. Heat the pan and add the margarine. Add the onion, fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the chives and carrot. Stir it until all the ingredients (A) cooked.
3. Put the A into a bowl, add the flour, eggs and salt. Stir it.
4. Heat the pan and cook it.

*Tomato Sauce:
1. Heat the pan and add the margarine. Add the onion, fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the tomatoes, water, salt, and sugar. Wait until it boiled, add the corn flour.
3. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.

With Love 7 - Scrambled Mushroom Egg

Ingredients:
3 tablespoon Olive Oil/ Margarine
1 Onion, chopped
100 gr Mushroom
2 Eggs, whisked
75 gr Carrot, cut into strips
1 Tempe, cut into cubes
1/2 Red Pepper, cut into cubes
1 Tomato, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
1. Heat the pan and add the Olive oil/ Margarine, add the onion, fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the mushroom, stir it for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the egg, stir it.
4. Add the carrot, tempe, tomato, red pepper, soy sauce, and salt. Stir it until cooked.
