With Love 156 - Chicken Bitter ballen

Ingredients:
100 gr Butter
150 gr Flour
350 cc Milk
250 gr Minced Chicken
1 Onion
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
2 Eggs
100 gr Breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Sugar
Cooking Oil

Directions:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the onion and fry it until fragrant
2. Add the flour, stir it. Add the milk, stir it continuously.
3. Add the chicken, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and sugar.
4. Take around 1 tablespoon of the dough, and shape it round.
5. Dip it into the whipped eggs, and coat it with breadcrumbs
6. Fry it until all the bitter ballen cooked.

With Love 155 - Beef Macaroni Cheese

Ingredients:
150 gr Macaroni, boiled
2 tablespoon Margarine/ Olive Oil
1 Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
Beef Sausage
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
Cream Cheese

Grated Cheese

Direction:
1. Heat the pan and add the olive oil/margarine. Add the onion
and garlic, fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the sausage, oregano, salt, pepper, and stir it for 1-2 minutes.

3. Add macaroni, cream cheese, cheese, stir it until all the ingredients cooked.
4. Ready to serve.

With Love 154 - Soy Sauce Chicken with Yellow Basmati Rice

Ingredients:
Basmati Rice
Turmeric Powder
Butter
Water

1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Onion

4 Chili Paddy

200 gr Boneless Chicken
Salt Soy Sauce
Sweet Soy Sauce
Water
Lime juice

Directions:

1. Mix and cook the rice ingredients with low heat.
2. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the onion and chili and fry it until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken, stir it for 1-2 minutes.

4. Add the sweet soy sauce, salt soy sauce, lime juice, and water.
5. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.
6. Serve with basmati rice rice.

With Love 153 - Chicken Satay with Basmati Rice

Ingredients:
Satay:
200gr Chicken Breast, cut into cubes
Onion
Garlic
Salt
Sugar
Pepper
Coriander
Salt Soy Sauce

Peanut Sauces:
100 gr Peanut
Chili Paddy
Sugar
60 gr Palm Sugar
25 gr Salt Soy Sauce
Lime Juice

Basmati Rice

Directions:
1. Mix all the satay ingredients and chill it for 1 hour
2. Arrange it with satay stick
3. Grill it until the satay cooked.
4. Mix all the peanut sauce ingredients.
5. Serve satay with basmati rice, peanut sauce, and fried shallots.

With Love 152 - Garlic Naan

Ingredients:
150 gr Flour
1 - 11/2 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
7 gr Yeast
75 - 90 cc Milk
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Garlic

Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients and leave it for 15 minutes.
2 Add the garlic at the top of the bread.
3. Heat it at the pan for 5-10 minutes.
4. Ready to serve

With Love 151 - Cheese Naan

Ingredients:
150 gr Flour
1 - 11/2 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
7 gr Yeast
75 - 90 cc Milk
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Cheese

Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients and leave it for 15 minutes.
2 Add the cheese at the top of the bread.
3. Heat it at the pan for 5-10 minutes.
4. Ready to serve

With Love 150 - Creme Pudding with Chocolate

Ingredients:
1 pack of Pudding Powder (Dr. Oetker)
500 cc Milk (cold)
Cooking Chocolate (shredded)

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the pudding powder and milk until it become thicker
2. Put it in a cup and garnish with cooking chocolate
3. Keep it refrigerated for 1-2 hours.

With Love 149 - Seafood Korean Noodles

Ingredients:
1 pack of Korean Noodles (any flavor)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 red onion, chopped
1 tomato, cut into small cubes
1 egg
Fish Balls
Kani
Squid
Cabbage
+500 cc water (as desired)

Direction:
1. Heat the pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil, add the onion, fry it until fragrant.
2. Add fish balls, kani, squid, and tomato.
3. Add water and wait until it's boiled. Add the Korean noodles and mix it until blended. If the water is not enough, you can add extra water.
4. Finally, add the egg and wait until it's cooked.
5. Ready to serve
