Homemade 66 - Ikan Masak Masin

Ingredients:
1 Fish (medium)
Turmeric
Ginger
Turmeric Leaf
Coconut Milk
Salt
Chili
Asam Kandis

Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients (except fish and asam kandis)
2. Stir continously until it boiled and add the fish and asam kandis
3. Stir until the fish cooked.

Homemade 63 - Ikan Pangek

Ingredients:
1 Fish (medium)
Lime Juice

100 gr Chili (grind)
10 Red Onion
Ginger
Turmeric Leaf
Water

Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients (except the fish and lime juice), and heat it until it boiled
2. Add the fish, and stir it continuously until the fish cooked
3. Add the lime juice and heat it for a while.

Homemade 58 - Ikan Gulai

Ingredients:
1 Fish (medium)
Lime Juice

100 gr Chili (grind)
10 Red Onion
Ginger
Turmeric Leaf
Coconut Milk
Water

Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients (except the fish and lime juice), and heat it until it boiled
2. Add the fish, and stir it continuously until the fish cooked
3. Add the lime juice and heat it for a while.

Homemade 57 - Pempek Lenggang

Ingredients:
Pempek Lenjer (Homemade 43)
Eggs
Chili
Scallions
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
1. Slice the pempek lenjer as desired
2. Whisk eggs, scallions, salt, and pepper.
3. Fry it and immediately arrange the pempek lenjer.
4. Wait it for a while until it cooked.

Homemade 54 - Otak - otak Goreng

Ingredients:
Otak-otak:
350 gr Fish, grind
100cc Coconut Milk
1 White Egg
1 teaspoon Sugar
8 Onion
50 gr Chives
2 teaspoon Salt
Pepper
100 gr Tapioca Flour

Sauce:
1 Red Chili
10 Chili Paddy
75 gr Peanut, grind
Salt
4 tablespoon Sugar
225 cc Water
Lime Juice

Directions:
1. Mix the fish, coconut milk, and white egg.
2. Add the sugar, onion, chives, salt, pepper, and flour. Mix it well.
3. Shape it and steam it for 15 minutes
4. Fry it.
5. Mix all the sauce ingredients, and heat it until it cooked.

Homemade 53 - Otak - otak Panggang

Ingredients:
Otak-otak:
350 gr Fish, grind
100cc Coconut Milk
1 White Egg
1 teaspoon Sugar
8 Onion
50 gr Chives
2 teaspoon Salt
Pepper
100 gr Tapioca Flour

Banana Leaf (10x 15 cm)

Sauce:
1 Red Chili
10 Chili Paddy
75 gr Peanut, grind
Salt
4 tablespoon Sugar
225 cc Water
Lime Juice

Directions:
1. Mix the fish, coconut milk, and white egg.
2. Add the sugar, onion, chives, salt, pepper, and flour. Mix it well.
3. Take 2 tablespoon of the dough and wrap it with banana leaf.
4. Grill it around 10-25 minutes
5. Mix all the sauce ingredients, and heat it until it cooked.

Homemade 52 - Batagor

Ingredients:
Batagor:
250 gr Fish
250 cc Cold Water
1 Eggs
250 gr Tapioca Flour
Celery
3 Garlic
1 teaspoon Salt
Pepper
4 Tofu
8 sheets of Dumpling Wrap
Oil

Sauce:
1 Red Chili
10 Chili Paddy
75 gr Peanut, grind
Salt
4 tablespoon Sugar
225 cc Water
Lime Juice

Directions:
1. Mix fish, cold water, and eggs
2. Add flour, celery, garlic, salt, pepper, and mix it well.
3. Divide it into 3, each for tofu, dumpling, and meatballs.
4. Fry it until it all cooked.
5. Mix all the sauce ingredients, and heat it until it cooked.

100 gr Fish, smoothen
1 teaspoon Salt
Water, as desired
Tapioca Flour, as desired

Sauce:
250 gr Palm Sugar
250 cc Water
Garlic
Salt
10-12 gr Chili Paddy
Lime Juice

Garnish:
Red Chili

2. Add the flour.
3. In a big pan, boil the water.
4. Shape the dough.
5. Boil it until it cooked.
6. Fry it and ready to serve

Homemade 45 - Pempek Adakan

Ingredients:
Pempek:
100 gr Fish, smoothen
1 teaspoon Salt
Water, as desired
Tapioca Flour, as desired

Fried Onion
Scallions

Sauce:
250 gr Palm Sugar
250 cc Water
Garlic
Salt
10-12 gr Chili Paddy
Lime Juice

Garnish:
Cucumber
Noodles
Dried Shrimps

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix fish, salt, and water.
2. Add the flour.
3. In a big pan, boil the water.
4. Shape the dough round
5. Boil it until it cooked.
6. Fry it and ready to serve

Ingredients:
Pempek:
100 gr Fish, smoothen
1 teaspoon Salt
Water, as desired
Tapioca Flour, as desired

Sauce:
250 gr Palm Sugar
250 cc Water
Garlic
Salt
10-12 gr Chili Paddy
Lime Juice

Garnish:
Cucumber
Glass Noodles
Dried Shrimps

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix fish, salt, and water.
2. Add the flour.
3. In a big pan, boil the water.
4. Shape the dough as desired.
5. Boil it until it cooked.
6. Fry it and ready to serve.

Homemade 24 - Padang Style Grilled Fish

Ingredients:
1 Big Fish

20 gr Garlic
100 gr Onion
5 gr Turmeric
Salt
50 gr Chili
Galangal
Ginger
Turmeric Leaf
400 cc Coconut Milk

Directions:
1. Heat all the ingredients for around 30 minutes.
2. Grill the fish for 3 minutes.
3. Spread the spice and grill it until it cooked.

Homemade 6 - Fish Dumplings

Ingredients:
250 gr Fish Meat, grinded
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
Salt
75 gr Egg White
50 gr Cornstarch
2 cloves Garlic
Pepper

Red Chili, as the garnish

Direction:
1. Mix all the ingredients
2. Shape it as desired
3. Steamed it for 15-20 minutes
4. Garnish and served

With Love 46 - Mayonnaise Prawns

Ingredients:
Prawns:
1/4 liter oil
250 gr Prawns
2 Eggs
100 gr Seasoning Flour
1 tablespoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Salt

Sauce:
3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Condensed Milk


Direction:
Prawn:
1. Mix the prawn, salt, black pepper and chilled it fr 1 hour
2. Dip the prawn in whipped eggs.

3. Coat prawn with the seasoning flour (2x).
4. Heat the pan and add the oil.
5. Fry it until all the prawns cooked.

Sauce:
1. Mix all the ingredients and heat it at the pan
2. Add the prawn and stir it well, serve.
