Homemade 79 - Kue Bangkit Sagu Rumbia

Ingredients:
75 gr Butter
150 gr Sugar
170 gr Coconut Milk
400 gr Flour (Sagu Rumbia)
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Egg

Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Shape as desired.
3. Bake at 160°C for around 45 minutes.

Homemade 78 - Corn Soup

Ingredients:
3 tablespoon Olive Oil/ Margarine
1 Onion, chopped
+ 200 gr Fish, cut into cubes
75 gr Corn
75 gr Carrot, grated
+ 500 cc water (as desired)
1 teaspoon salt
2 Eggs, whisked
2 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions:
1 Heat the pan and add the Olive oil/ Margarine, add the onion, fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the fish, stir it for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the corn, carrot, and salt. Stir it.
4. Add the water, wait until it boiled. Add the egg. Stir it
5. Add the cornstarch. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.

Homemade 77 - Pindang Tahu

Ingredients:
Tofu, cut as desired
Oil
300 cc Coconut Milk
1 Bay Leaf
5 Onion
Lemon Grass

(spices)
Galangal
Ginger
50 gr Chili
Turmeric

Directions:
1. Grind all the spices
2. Heat the pan and add the oil. Fry the spices, bay leaf, onion, and lemon grass until it fragrant.
3. Add the coconut milk, stir it.
4. Add the tofu.
5. Ready to serve.

Homemade 76 - Donut

Ingredients:
A:
750 gr Flour
15 gr Yeast
Baking Powder
Vanilla

B:
45 gr Milk Powder
Salt
120 gr Sugar
345 gr Water

C:
1 Egg
120 gr Butter

Directions:
1. Mix all A ingredients, add all B ingredients.
2. Mix C ingredients and add it into A+B ingredients.
3. Divide the dough, 30 gr each, and leave it for an hour.
4. Fry it and garnish as desired.

Homemade 75 - Pulut Isi

Ingredients:
300 gr Sticky Rice, soak it for a night
Salt
Pandan Leaf
150 ml Coconut Milk
Pandan

Filling (check the previous recipe - homemade 37)

Banana Leaf 4x4cm, 10x14cm (12 sheets)

Directions:
1. Mix salt and coconut milk, pour it at the sticky rice and add some pandan leaf.
2. Steamed it for 30 minutes.
3. Put 2 tablespoon of sticky rice at the top of banana leaf (10x14cm), put the other banana leaf (4x4cm) and take 1 tablespoon of filling. Wrap.

Homemade 74 - Lupis

Ingredients:
250 gr Sticky Rice, soak it for 6 hours
Kapur Sirih
Banana Leaf
Grated Coconut

Sauce:
300 gr Palm Sugar
3 tablespoon Sugar
125 cc Water

Directions:
1. Insert the sticky rice into the triangle shape banana leaf.
2. Fold and tie it.
3. Boil for 1 hours
4. Roll it at the top of grated coconut
5. Boil the sauce until it thick
6. Serve the lupis with sauce.

Homemade 73 - Serabi

Ingredients:
A:
1 tablespoon Flour
1 teaspoon Yeast
4 tablespoon Water

B:
200 gr Glutinous Rice Flour
50 gr Tapioca Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
600cc Coconut Milk

Coconut Sauce:
150 gr Palm Sugar
50 gr Sugar
500cc Coconut Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
Pandan

Directions:
1. Mix A ingredients, leave it for 30 minutes
2. Mix A, rice flour, tapioca flour, salt, and baking powder.
3. Pour the coconut milk, stir it continuously for 30 minutes.
4. Leave it for 1 hour and it ready to cook.
5. Serve with coconut sauce.

Homemade 72 - Martabak Mesir

Ingredients:
Martabak (4):
150 gr Flour
Salt
75c Water

Oil

Filling:
100 gr Beef, boil and spice
Onion Garlic
Chives
Sugar
Salt
Coriander
Clove
Pepper
Scallions
(stir fry)

4 Eggs

Sauce:
2 tablespoon Salty Soy Sauce
50 gr Onion
10 Green Chili
1 Tomato
Sugar
Lime Juice

Directions:
1. Mix flour, water, and salt until it blend
2. Divide it into 50 gr/each and soak it in oil for around 20 minutes
3. Take the dough, spread it as big as it can
4. Put the filling, fold it and fry it.
5. Serve with sauce.

Homemade 71 - Waffle

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Yeast
150 cc Water
400 gr Flour
6 Eggs
350 gr Sugar
1/2 tablespoon Vanilla
450 cc Coconut Milk
Butter

Directions:
1. Mix water and yeast, leave it for 5 minutes.
2. Add 150 gr flour, stir it until it blended. Leave it for 2-3 hours.
3. In the other bowl, add eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
4. Whisk until it thick.
5. Pour the eggs dough into the yeast dough, and add flour and coconut milk.
6. Leave it for the other 2-3 hours.
7. Cook for around 3-5minutes (use the special pan).

Homemade 70 - Rendang Suwir

Ingredients:
1 kg Beef, cut into 20 pieces

100 gr Onion
20 gr Garlic
100-200 gr Chili, grind

Ginger
Galangal
Lemon Grass
Lime Leaf
Turmeric Leaf
Salt
Tamarind Juice

Coconut Milk

Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Cook it for 4 hours or more until it dry.

Homemade 69 - Chicken Satay

Ingredients:
Satay:
300gr Chicken Breast, cut into cubes
Onion
Garlic
Salt
Sugar
Pepper
Coriander
Salt Soy Sauce

Peanut Sauces:
100 gr Peanut
Chili Paddy
Sugar
60 gr Palm Sugar
25 gr Salt Soy Sauce
Lime Juice

Directions:
1. Mix all the satay ingredients and chill it for 1 hour
2. Arrange it with satay stick
3. Mix all the peanut sauce ingredients.
4. Serve satay with lontong, peanut sauce, and fried shallots.

Homemade 68 - Kue Bangkit

Ingredients:
75 gr Butter
150 gr Sugar

Homemade 67 - Cheese Pineapple Cookies (Nastar Keju)

Ingredients:
500 gr Butter
700 gr Flour
3 Yolks
1 White Eggs
75 gr Caster Sugar
75 gr Milk Powder
Vanilla
Baking Powder
75gr Edam Cheese
Pineapple Jam

Directions:
1. Whisk the butter until it turned white.
2. In the other bowl, whisk the egg and sugar
3. Combine it and add the other ingredients
4. Take around 15gr of the batter, shape it and add pineapple jam inside
5. Shape it round, and put it at the cake pan
6. Bake at 120°C for 1 hour.

Homemade 66 - Ikan Masak Masin

Ingredients:
1 Fish (medium)
Turmeric
Ginger
Turmeric Leaf
Coconut Milk
Salt
Chili
Asam Kandis

Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients (except fish and asam kandis)
2. Stir continously until it boiled and add the fish and asam kandis
3. Stir until the fish cooked.

Homemade 65 - Lotek

Ingredients:
Lotek:
Cabbage, cut as desired
Long Bean, steam and cut
Potatoes, steam and cut
Bean Sprout, steam
Tofu, fry

Noodle
Crackers

Peanut Sauce:
125 gr Peanute
80 gr Palm Sugar
1 Garlic
1 kencur (sebesar bawang putih)
12-18 Chili Paddy
Tamarind Juice
Lime Juice
Salt

Directions:
1. Mix all the peanut sauce ingredients.
2. Arrange all the lotek ingredients.
3. Pour the sauce at the top of lotek
4. Ready to serve

Homemade 64 - Cream Puffs

Ingredients:
Puff:
100 gr Flour
300 cc Water
83 gr Butter
4 Eggs
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder

Fla:
500 gr Milk
60 gr Flour
100 gr Sugar
2 Eggs
25 gr Butter

Directions:
Puff:
1. Mix all the ingredients
2. Pour it at the cream puffs' cake pan
3. Bake at 250°C for around 15 minutes.

Fla:
1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Heat and stir it continuously until it boiled.

Homemade 63 - Ikan Pangek

Ingredients:
1 Fish (medium)
Lime Juice

100 gr Chili (grind)
10 Red Onion
Ginger
Turmeric Leaf
Water

Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients (except the fish and lime juice), and heat it until it boiled
2. Add the fish, and stir it continuously until the fish cooked
3. Add the lime juice and heat it for a while.

Homemade 62 - Bistik Tempe

Ingredients:
Bistik:
Tempe,cut as desired

1 Garlic
2 Onion
1 tablespoon Glutinous Rice Flour
1 tablespoon FLour
Pepper
Salt
1 Egg

Tomato Sauce:
Oil
Onion
Tomatoes, blended
Cornstarch
Sugar
Salt

Directions:
Bistik:
1. Mix all the ingredients (except the tempe).
2. Heat the pan and add the oil.
3. Dip the tempe into the dough, and fry it

Tomato Sauce:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the onion and fry it until fragrant
2. Add the tomato, sugar, and salt.
3. Wait until it boiled, and add the cornstarch.
4. Stir until it thick.

Homemade 61 - Chocolate Chiffon Cake

Ingredients:
6 Yolks
7 White Eggs
100 gr Flour
40 gr Cocoa Powder
175 gr Sugar
60 cc Oil
100 cc Water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

100gr Cooking Chocolate, garnish
Chiffon cake pan, diameter 20cm

Directions:
1. Mix flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder
2. In the other bowl, mix yolks, oil, water, and salt.
3. Add flour into the yolks dough and stir it.
4. Whisk the white eggs and vanilla until it thick.
5. Mix the white eggs and yolks dough.
6. Pour the dough into the chiffon cake pan.
7. Bake at 160°C for around 1 hour.

Homemade 60 - Satay Padang

Ingredients:
1 kg Beef

Squashed Spices:
1 tablespoon coriander
Turmeric
Ginger
Galangal
2 Garlic
5 Onion
1 tablespoon pepper
6 Red Chili
Turmeric Leaf
Salt

Spices:
3 Lime Leaf
Lemon Grass
Lime Juice
Water

75 gr Glutinous Rice Flour
Fried Shallots
Lontong
Oil

Directions:
1. Fry all the squashed spices and spices ingredients until it fragrant.
2. Add the beef and boil until it tender
3. Take the gravy from the boiling beef, and add some water until it reached 1750 cc
4. Cut the beef into 1x2cm, and stick it with satay stick
5. Grill it
6. Heat the gravy and add rice flour until it thick
7. Serve with lontong and fried shallots
