With Love 125 - Chicken Angel Hair Spaghetti

Ingredients:
150 gr Angel Hair Spaghetti, boiled
2 tablespoon Margarine/ Olive Oil
1 Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
100 gr Minced Chicken
1 Tomato
1 Carrot
Lettuce
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
200cc Milk (as desired)


Direction:
1. Heat the pan and add the olive oil/margarine. Add the onion
and garlic, fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken and carrot, stir it for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add spaghetti, oregano, salt, pepper, and milk, stir it until all the ingredients cooked.
4. Garnish with lettuce and ready to serve

Homemade 124 - Rendang Fried Noodles

Ingredients:
2 plates of Noodles

2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Onion, chopped
2 Garlic, chopped
Rendang Suwir (check the previous recipe ==> homemade 70 - Rendang Suwir)
1 Carrot, cut into slices
4 tablespoon Salt Soy Sauce

2 tablespoon Sweet Soy Sauce
2 Eggs (scrambled eggs)
Lettuce
Rendang

Directions:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the onion and garlic, fry it until fragrant, add the parsley.

2. Add the rendang suwir and carrot, stir it for 1-2 minutes.

3. Add the noodles, and soy sauce. Mix it well.

4. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.

5. Garnish with the scrambled eggs, lettuce, and rendang.

1. Heat the pan and add the olive oil. Add the onion and garlic, fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the beef and stir it for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the broccoli, tomato, salt, sugar, oregano, pepper and angel hair.
4. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.

5 gr Yeast
75 gr Sugar
3 Eggs
1/2 teaspoon Salt
500 cc Milk

Garnish:
Condensed Milk

1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and sugar
2. Add eggs and salt, mix it well
3. Add the milk, and keep it for 2 hours until the dough developed
4. Heat the pan, and cook it until all the dough finished

Burger Buns

Directions:
1. Mix all the burger fillings ingredients.
2. Take around 2 tablespoon (50gr) dough, and shape it at the top of cake pan
3. Baked at 160°C around 30 minutes.
4. Fry it until the color turns darker.
5. Put it inside the burger buns, and also lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.

With Love 113 - Soy Milk with Grass Jelly

Ingredients:
100 gr soy beans
100 gr sugar
1 liter water

Grass Jelly

Direction:
1. Clean the soy beans and soak it into the warm water for 10 - 16 hours.
2. Remove the hulls (not necessary)
3. Grind the soaked soy beans and the water in a blender
4. Heat the soy milk till boiled, add sugar
5. Strain it
6. Keep in refrigerator for 2-3 hours
7. Serve with grass jelly

Beef Sauce:

11/2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Oregano
2 tablespoon Sugar

Cheese Sauce:
30 gr Butter
30 gr Flour
350 ml Milk
150 gr Grated Cheese
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Nutmeg

Directions:
Beef Sauce:
1. Heat the butter and fry garlic and onion until it fragrant.
2. Add the beef, and stir it for 1-2 minutes
3. Add tomatoes, pepper, oregano, salt, sugar.
4. Cook it until the sauce turn thick

Cheese Sauce:
1. Heat the butter and add the flour.
2. Stir it and pour the milk little by little.
3. Add the cheese, nutmeg, pepper.

Lasagna:
1. Prepare cake pan, put one of lasagna sheet, tomato sauce, and cheese sauce.
2. Add some more layer with the same placement.
3. Spread the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
4. Bake at 180°C for around 20 minutes

Banana Leaf 4x4cm, 10x14cm (12 sheets)

Directions:
1. Mix salt and coconut milk, pour it at the sticky rice and add some pandan leaf.
2. Steamed it for 30 minutes.
3. Put 2 tablespoon of sticky rice at the top of banana leaf (10x14cm), put the other banana leaf (4x4cm) and take 1 tablespoon of filling. Wrap.

1. Insert the sticky rice into the triangle shape banana leaf.
2. Fold and tie it.
3. Boil for 1 hours
4. Roll it at the top of grated coconut

3. Pour the coconut milk, stir it continuously for 30 minutes.

3. Take the dough, spread it as big as it can
4. Put the filling, fold it and fry it.

150 cc Water
400 gr Flour
6 Eggs
350 gr Sugar
1/2 tablespoon Vanilla
450 cc Coconut Milk
Butter

Directions:
1. Mix water and yeast, leave it for 5 minutes.
2. Add 150 gr flour, stir it until it blended. Leave it for 2-3 hours.
3. In the other bowl, add eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
4. Whisk until it thick.
5. Pour the eggs dough into the yeast dough, and add flour and coconut milk.
6. Leave it for the other 2-3 hours.
7. Cook for around 3-5minutes (use the special pan).

Chiffon cake pan, diameter 20cm

Directions:

4. Whisk the white eggs and vanilla until it thick.
5. Mix the white eggs and yolks dough.
6. Pour the dough into the chiffon cake pan.

Homemade 60 - Satay Padang

Ingredients:
1 kg Beef

Squashed Spices:
1 tablespoon coriander
Turmeric
Ginger
Galangal
2 Garlic
5 Onion
1 tablespoon pepper
6 Red Chili

Spices:
3 Lime Leaf
Lemon Grass
Lime Juice
Water

75 gr Glutinous Rice Flour
Fried Shallots
Lontong
Oil

Directions:
1. Fry all the squashed spices and spices ingredients until it fragrant.
2. Add the beef and boil until it tender
3. Take the gravy from the boiling beef, and add some water until it reached 1750 cc
4. Cut the beef into 1x2cm, and stick it with satay stick
5. Grill it
6. Heat the gravy and add rice flour until it thick
7. Serve with lontong and fried shallots

Chili, grind
Chili Paddy, grind
Sugar

Garnish:
Crackers

Directions:
Vege Sauce:
1. Fry all the spices, add the vege and coconut milk.
2. Stir continuously until it cooked.

Peanut Sauce:
1. Fry chili and chili paddy for 1-2 minutes
2. Add the other ingredients.
3. Serve it with lontong, vege sauce and crackers.

Homemade 58 - Ikan Gulai

Ingredients:
1 Fish (medium)
Lime Juice

100 gr Chili (grind)
10 Red Onion
Ginger
Turmeric Leaf
Coconut Milk
Water

Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients (except the fish and lime juice), and heat it until it boiled
2. Add the fish, and stir it continuously until the fish cooked
3. Add the lime juice and heat it for a while.

Homemade 57 - Pempek Lenggang

Ingredients:
Pempek Lenjer (Homemade 43)
Eggs
Chili
Scallions
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
1. Slice the pempek lenjer as desired
2. Whisk eggs, scallions, salt, and pepper.
3. Fry it and immediately arrange the pempek lenjer.
4. Wait it for a while until it cooked.

Homemade 56 - Brownies

Ingredients:
4 Eggs
325 gr Sugar
100 gr Butter
100 gr Flour
75 gr Cocoa
Baking Powder
Salt

100 gr Cashew, baked

Directions:
1. Mix the eggs and sugar until it smooth and grow
2. Add flour, cocoa, and baking powder
3. Finally add the butter and cashew.
4. Pour the dough at the cake pan (22x22cm)
5. Bake at 250°C for around 25 minutes

Homemade 55 - Kiwi & Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients:
Crumbs:
1 packet of Marie biscuit
Butter

Fillings:
250g cream cheese
Lemon juice
50g caster Sugar
75g Yoghurt
Gelatin

Layer & Garnish:
Strawberry
Kiwi

Directions:
1. Crush the biscuits and mix it with the butter
2. Then press and place it at the container
3. Chill it in the freezer for 10-15 minute
4. Beat the cream cheese until smooth then mix the other ingredients in it
5. Continue beating it till everything is smooth again.
6. Slice the strawberry and kiwi.
7. Arrange the slice peaches on the crumbs nicely
8. Pour the cheese filling on it.
9. Put in the fridge around 8-12 hour

Homemade 54 - Otak - otak Goreng

Ingredients:
Otak-otak:
350 gr Fish, grind
100cc Coconut Milk
1 White Egg
1 teaspoon Sugar
8 Onion
50 gr Chives
2 teaspoon Salt
Pepper
100 gr Tapioca Flour

Sauce:
1 Red Chili
10 Chili Paddy
75 gr Peanut, grind
Salt
4 tablespoon Sugar
225 cc Water
Lime Juice

Directions:
1. Mix the fish, coconut milk, and white egg.
2. Add the sugar, onion, chives, salt, pepper, and flour. Mix it well.
3. Shape it and steam it for 15 minutes
4. Fry it.
5. Mix all the sauce ingredients, and heat it until it cooked.

Ingredients:
Otak-otak:
350 gr Fish, grind
100cc Coconut Milk
1 White Egg
1 teaspoon Sugar
8 Onion
50 gr Chives
2 teaspoon Salt
Pepper
100 gr Tapioca Flour

Banana Leaf (10x 15 cm)

Sauce:
1 Red Chili
10 Chili Paddy
75 gr Peanut, grind
Salt
4 tablespoon Sugar
225 cc Water
Lime Juice

Directions:
1. Mix the fish, coconut milk, and white egg.
2. Add the sugar, onion, chives, salt, pepper, and flour. Mix it well.
3. Take 2 tablespoon of the dough and wrap it with banana leaf.
4. Grill it around 10-25 minutes
5. Mix all the sauce ingredients, and heat it until it cooked.
