With Love 25 - Fried Vege Fusilli

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Onion, chopped

1 Carrot, cut into cubes

2 Eggs, whisked
100 gr Pakchoi, cut into 2 cm long

1 Tomato, cut into cubes
200 gr Macaroni, boiled
2 tablespoon Sweet Soy Sauce
3 tablespoon Salt Soy Sauce


Direction:

1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the onion and fry it until fragrant.

2. Add the carrot and egg, stir it for 1-2 minutes.

3. Add the tomato, pakchoi, macaroni, and soy sauce. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.
