300 gr Chicken
100 gr Galangal, shredded
200 cc Water
2 Bay Leaves
3 cloves Garlic
1 Onion
2 teaspoon Coriander
11/2 teaspoon Salt
20 gr Turmeric
Directions:
1. In a pan, mix chicken, galangal, garlic, onion, coriander, salt, and turmeric.
2. Pour the water and bay leaf, cook until the water dry.
3. Heat the pan and add the oil.
5. Fry it until all the chicken cooked.
6. Ready to serve
