200 gr Broccoli
100 gr Mushroom
1 Onion
3 cloves Garlic
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
100 cc Chicken Stock
Salt
Pepper
Direction:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the onion and garlic, fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the mushroom. Stir it for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken stock, salt, pepper and broccoli.
4. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.
5. Ready to serve
