With Love 4 - Cheese Crepes

Ingredients:

150 cc Milk

100 gr Sugar

50 gr Flour

2 Eggs

2 tablespoon Melted Butter

Shredded Cheese

Direction:

1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk.

2. Add the sugar and the melted butter.

3. Heat the frying pan. Pour the batter onto the pan. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes.

4. Fill each crepe with the shredded cheese.

PS: I remember every moment that we shared, every laughter that we shared, every vent that we shared. The way you looked at me, the way you smiled at me, the way you coyed at me, the way you drank your MILO ICE, the way you ate your sandwich, yes I remember!

Part 1 - Padang Cuisine

A busy, hot and unique city, as a part of the spacious Indonesia. Padang is located on the Western coast of Sumatra, and become an important key famed throughout Indonesia for its unique culture, cuisine, and tourism.

Padang Cuisine is famous for its spicy food, it's usually called Masakan Padang / Padang Food. It has an unique way of serving. It's served in small portions of various dishes, with rice and a complete meal. Just sit at a table and watch as the dishes pile up. Eat what you like, and you'll only pay for dishes that you've eaten. People usually use their hand while enjoying their meal. Here are some of the famous food that you should try:

- Rendang, spicy dried curried beef

- Soto Padang, crispy beef in spicy soup

- Ayam Pop, fried oily chicken with special spices

- Sate Padang, beef satay in curry sauce, served with rice dumplings

PEACEFUL Day

What a PEACEFUL day! My internship goes well, and this week is my 7th week. It means 3 weeks to go. I came early this morning, enjoyed my wheat biscuits and a can of Nescafe Latte. It's already 10.30 a.m. and my boss is not coming yet. I feel like heaven, no stupid creature that always talk nonsense. I finished almost all my works for this week, only waiting for that stupid rendering. I don't have anything to do! So, I decided to write something here and found something to share. Mmmm, i think some love quotes will be the good choice!

With Love 3 - Lychee Milk Pudding

Ingredients:

1 pack of agar-agar/ jelly powder

+100 gr sugar (as desired)

750 cc milk

250 cc water

1 Canned Lychee (as desired)

Direction:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a pan (except the lychee), bring to the boil.

2. Arrange lychees at the pudding mold, put all the boiled ingredients inside

3. Keep in refrigerator for 4-6 hours

PS: Try this at home, easy to make for your sweetheart, just add a cup of love to make this pudding tasted incredible. Remember, don't eat to much sweet, you'll become HYPER!

With Love 2 - Korean Mushroom Noodle

Ingredients:
1 pack of Korean Noodles (any flavor)
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1 red onion, chopped
1 tomato, cut into small cubes
1 egg
200 gr mushroom
+500 cc water (as desired)

Direction:
1. Heat the pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil, add the onion, fry it until fragrant.
2. Add mushroom and tomato.
2. Add water and wait until it's boiled. Add the Korean noodles and mix it until blended. If the water is not enough, you can add extra water.
3. Finally, add the egg and wait until it's cooked.

PS: It would be nice to have this Korean Mushroom Noodle as a Friday night dinner, after a long and weary office hours. Don't forget to enjoy your noodle with a soft music as a background, i hope it can help to refresh your mind and restore your mood from sucky office hours and especially your stupid boss!!!

With Love 1 - Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

200 gr Red grape

200 gr Green grape

2 cups of Nata De Coco (no water)

1 Apple

6 tablespoons of Mayonnaise

2 tablespoons of Condensed Milk

2 tablespoons of Lime juice

200 gr Shredded Cheese

Direction:

1. Wash all the fruits (grape + apple) and cut it into a small pieces.

2. In a large bowl, put the Nata De Coco, Grape, and Apple. Add Mayonnaise, Condensed Milk, and Lime Juice. Mix all the ingredients and stir it up until blended

3. Add Shredded Cheese at the top, keep it refrigerated for 6-8 hours.

PS: Enjoy it with the one that you love under the moonlight, accompanied by candle light, a shot of Baileys and romantic songs.
