Homemade 59 - Lontong Sayur + Bumbu Kacang

Ingredients:
Vege Sauce:
Onion
Garlic
Turmeric
Galangal
Ginger
Turmeric Leaf
Lime Leaf
Chili, grind
Salt
Lime Juice

Long Bean
Jackfruit
Coconut Milk

Peanut Sauce:
Peanut
Sweet Soy Sauce
Lime Juice
Salt
Chili, grind
Chili Paddy, grind
Sugar
Oil

Garnish:
Crackers
Lontong

Directions:
Vege Sauce:
1. Fry all the spices, add the vege and coconut milk.
2. Stir continuously until it cooked.

Peanut Sauce:
1. Fry chili and chili paddy for 1-2 minutes
2. Add the other ingredients.
3. Serve it with lontong, vege sauce and crackers.
