Homemade 17 - Pindang Telur

Ingredients:
10 Eggs, boiled
Oil
300 cc Coconut Milk
1 Bay Leaf
5 Onion
Lemon Grass

(spices)
Galangal
Ginger
50 gr Chili
Turmeric

Directions:
1. Grind all the spices
2. Heat the pan and add the oil. Fry the spices, bay leaf, onion, and lemon grass until it fragrant.
3. Add the coconut milk, stir it.
4. Add the egss.
5. Ready to serve.
