With Love 80 - Mie Siram

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Onion, chopped
4 cloves Garlic, chopped

100 gr Chicken cubes
1 Carrot

100 gr French Bean

75 gr Cabbage
250 cc Chicken Stock

1 teaspoon Salt

3 tablespoon Corn Flour

200 gr Noodles

2 eggs, boiled and cut into slices


Direction:

1. Put the boiled noodles at the bowl.

2. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the garlic and onion, fry it until fragrant.

3. Add the chicken and carrot. Stir it for 2-3 minutes.

4. Add the chicken stock, french bean, cabbage and salt.

5. After all the ingredients cooked, add the corn flour, stir it.

6. Pour it at the top of the noodles and garnish with eggs.
