Ingredients:
200 gr Beef
100 gr Flour
3 cloves Garlic
75 gr Carrot, shredded
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
25 ml Cold Water
100 gr Cheese, cut into cubes
Direction:
1. Mix all the ingredients (except cheese) until it smooth. Don't add all of the water at one time.
2. Shape meatballs to desired size and put the cheese cube in the middle of it.
3. Heat the pan and add the oil.
4. Fry it until all the meatball cooked.
