2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Onion
150 gr Chicken cubes
1 Red Capsicum, cut into cubes
1 Green Capsicum, cut into cubes
1 Yellow Capsicum, cut into cubes
1 Carrot
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
Direction:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the onion and fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken and stir it for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the capsicum, pepper, and salt. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.
