With Love 136 - Seafood Spinach Conchiglie Rigate

Ingredients:
150 gr Conchiglie Rigate, boiled
+150 gr Spinach, chopped and crumbled
10 Prawns
2 tablespoon Olive Oil/ Margarine
1 Onion, chopped
Garlic, chopped
Salt
Sugar

Oregano
Pepper

Lettuce, garnish

Direction:
1. Heat the pan and add the olive oil. Add the onion and garlic, fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the prawn, stir it for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the spinach, salt, sugar, pepper, oregano, and conchiglie rigate.
4. Stir it until all the ingredients cooked.
5. Garnish with lettuce and ready to serve.
