50 gr Butter
1 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
250 gr Mushroom
1 Bay leaf
500 cc Chicken Stock
Black Pepper
Salt
Parsley
2 tablespoon Flour
Directions:
1. Heat the pan and add the butter. Add the onion and garlic, fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the mushroom, bay leaf, chicken stock, pepper, parsley and salt.
3. Wait until it boiled and add the flour
4. Stir it until it become thicker.
