Ingredients:
Crust:
250 gr Flour
1 Egg
60 gr Butter
1/2 teaspoon Salt
75cc Water
Filling:
Butter
100gr Chicken
100 gr Prawn
1 Carrot
50 gr French Bean
25gr Glass Noodles
3 Eggs
2 cloves Garlic
6 cloves Onion
Salt
Sugar
Pepper
Directions:
Filling:
1. Heat the pan and add the butter. Add the garlic and onion, fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken, prawn, carrot, and french bean.
3. Add glass noodles, eggs, salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix it well.
Crust:
1. Mix all ingredients
2. Flatten the dough until 3mm thickness, cut it into a round shape
3. Fill it with 1 tablespoon of filling and press the edges with fork/ hand
4. Fry it until it cooked
