Ingredients:
250 gr Fish Meat, grinded
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
Salt
75 gr Egg White
50 gr Cornstarch
2 cloves Garlic
Pepper
Red Chili, as the garnish
Direction:
1. Mix all the ingredients
2. Shape it as desired
3. Steamed it for 15-20 minutes
4. Garnish and served
