1 kg Beef, cut into 20 pieces
10-15 pieces of Keluak
50 gr Onion
20 gr Garlic
30 gr Chili
10 gr Ginger
20 gr Galangal
1 Turmeric Leaf
4 Bay Leaf
Salt
Sugar
Tamarind Juice
Direction:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add all the spice, fry it until fragrant.
2. Add beef, and cook it for 30-45 minutes
