Ingredients:
Wrap:
2 Eggs
150 gr Flour
500 cc Milk
1/2 tablespoon Salt
Filling:
1 Onion
250 gr Beef
100 gr Carrot
Milk
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Egg
Breadcrumbs
Cooking Oil
Directions:
Filling:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the onion and fry it until fragrant.
2. Add the beef and carrot, stir it well.
3. Add milk and thicken it with the flour
Wrap:
1. Mix all the wrap ingredients.
2. Heat the pan and pour the batter. Cook it for 2 minutes (around 15 sheets)
3. Fill the wrap with 2 tablespoon of filling, fold it
4. Heat the pan and add the oil
5. Dip it into the whipped eggs, and coat it with breadcrumbs
6. Fry it until all the risoles cooked.
