1 Big Fish
20 gr Garlic
100 gr Onion
5 gr Turmeric
Salt
50 gr Chili
Galangal
Ginger
Turmeric Leaf
400 cc Coconut Milk
Directions:
1. Heat all the ingredients for around 30 minutes.
2. Grill the fish for 3 minutes.
3. Spread the spice and grill it until it cooked.
