Homemade 54 - Otak - otak Goreng

Ingredients:
Otak-otak:
350 gr Fish, grind
100cc Coconut Milk
1 White Egg
1 teaspoon Sugar
8 Onion
50 gr Chives
2 teaspoon Salt
Pepper
100 gr Tapioca Flour

Sauce:
1 Red Chili
10 Chili Paddy
75 gr Peanut, grind
Salt
4 tablespoon Sugar
225 cc Water
Lime Juice

Directions:
1. Mix the fish, coconut milk, and white egg.
2. Add the sugar, onion, chives, salt, pepper, and flour. Mix it well.
3. Shape it and steam it for 15 minutes
4. Fry it.
5. Mix all the sauce ingredients, and heat it until it cooked.
