Homemade 44 - Pempek Kapal Selam

Ingredients:
Pempek:
100 gr Fish, smoothen
1 teaspoon Salt
Water, as desired
Tapioca Flour, as desired

Eggs

Sauce:
250 gr Palm Sugar
250 cc Water
Garlic
Salt
10-12 gr Chili Paddy
Lime Juice

Garnish:
Cucumber
Noodles
Dried Shrimps

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix fish, salt, and water.
2. Add the flour.
3. In a big pan, boil the water.
4. Shape the dough and add the eggs.
5. Boil it until it cooked.
6. Fry it and ready to serve
