A:
4 large skinless, boneless Chicken Breasts
4 slices of Cheese
4 slices of Smoked Beef/ Ham
1 Egg, whisked
Breadcrumbs
Oil
B:
3 tablespoon Flour
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
Direction:4 large skinless, boneless Chicken Breasts
4 slices of Cheese
4 slices of Smoked Beef/ Ham
1 Egg, whisked
Breadcrumbs
Oil
B:
3 tablespoon Flour
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
1. Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness and place cheese and smoked beef slice on each breast within 1/2 inch of the edges.
2. Fold the edges of the chicken over the filling, and secure with toothpicks.
3. Mix the B ingredients in a small bowl, and coat the chicken pieces.
4. Dip the chicken in whipped eggs, and coat it with the breadcrumbs
5. Cover it with a plastic and chilled it for 30 minutes
6. Heat the pan and add the oil.
7. Fry it until all the chicken cooked. 8. Ready to serve,
