300 gr Tofu, cut as desired
1 Egg, whisked
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
Breadcrumbs

1. Add the salt and pepper into the whipped egg.
2. Dip all the tofu slices into the whipped eggs, and coat it with the breadcrumbs
3. Chilled it for 30 minutes
4. Heat the pan and add the oil.
5. Fry it until all the tofu cooked.
6. Ready to serve
