1 kg Beef Ribs
Oil
100 gr Onion
30 gr Garlic
250 gr Tomatoes
25 gr Chili
6 tablespoon Salt Soy Sauce
60 gr Palm Sugar
Sugar
Salt
Tamarind Juice
Directions:
1. Fry the onion and garlic with oil until fragrant.
2. Add the ribs, stir it for 1-2 minutes
3. Add the tomatoes, soy sauce, chili, palm sugar, salt.
4. Heat it for 20 minutes or more.
5. Add the tamarind juice, wait until the sauce a bit dry
6. Grill it
