Homemade 38 - Dendeng Garing ala Padang

Ingredients:
Dendeng:
1kg Beef, cut into 4 pieces
Water
4 Bay Leaf
20gr Galangal
20gr Salt

Vinegar
Salt
Sugar

Oil

Chili:
1/4 kg Red Chili
1/8 kg Onion
Lime Juice
Oil
Salt
Sugar
Water

Directions:
Beef:
1. Boil the beef, with water, bay leaf, galangal and salt.
2. Slice it thinly, pound it.
3. Mix vinegar, salt, and sugar. Soak the meat one by one
4. Fry until it dry and crisp.

Chili:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the onion and chili.
2. Fry until it fragrant, add water
3. Add sugar, salt, and lime juice
4. Fry until it dry.
