Homemade 41 - Dendeng Dadu ala Padang

Ingredients:
1kg Beef, cut it into cubes
20 gr Garlic
100-150 gr Chili, smoothen
50 gr Olive Oil
50 gr Sugar
3 tablespoon Lime Juice

Directions:
1.Fry the garlic until it fragrant.
2. Add the chili and beef, stir it for 2-3 minutes
3. Cook it for 30 minutes.
4. Add the lime juice, sugar, and salt.
5. Cook for the other 5minutes.
