Homemade 34 - Paru Goreng (Fried Lungs) ala Padang

Ingredients:
1kg Beef Lungs

(spices1)
4 Bay Leaf
5 Lime Leaf
10 gr Ginger
20 gr Galangal
1 Turmeric Leaf
1 Lemon Grass
Salt

(spice2)
2 tablespoon vinegar
150cc water
6gr Salt
20 gr Tarmarin Juice

Directions:
1. Boil the beef lungs with water and all the spices1 for 15 minutes
2. Slice it thinly
3. Soak it into spices 2 for 15-30 minutes
4. Fry until it dry and crisp
