Homemade 25 - Lalampa

Ingredients:
500 gr Sticky Rice
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Pandan

100 cc Coconut Milk

300 gr Fish Fillet/ Minced Beef/ Minced Chicken

5 Onions
1 Ginger
3 Chili
1 Hazelnut
1 teaspoon Salt
(smoothened)


2 Tomatoes, cut into cubes
20 sheets of Basil
300cc Coconut Milk

Directions:
1. Steam the sticky rice until it cooked. Add the coconut milk and cook it again.
2. Fry the smoothened spice with oil. Add the fish, tomato, coconut milk, and basil.
3. Take 2-3 tablespoon of sticky rice, flatten and fill it with the fish, shape and wrap it.
4. Grill it for 3-5 minutes.
