Homemade 30 - Layer Coffee Pudding

Ingredients:
1400 cc Coconut Milk
100 gr Milk Powder
175 gr Flour
8 Eggs
400 gr Sugar
2 tablespoon Coffee Powder

Directions:
1. Heat the coconut milk and add milk powder, stir it continuously
2. Pour the coconut milk into the flour, stir it well.
3. On the other bowl, mix eggs and sugar until it smooth.
4. Mix it with the flour dough. Divide it into 2
5. Add the coffee powder into the first dough
6. Prepare the cake pan (20x20x5cm), add some oil.
7. Steam the cake pan for 3 minutes, add 100ml of the white dough and steam it for 4 minutes
8. Add 100ml of the coffee dough and steam it for 4 minutes. (until all the dough finished)
9. Steam it again for the other 15 minutes
10. Chill it and ready to serve
