Ingredients:
11 Yolks
3 Egg White
75 gr Sugar
1 tablespoon Condensed Milk
75 gr Flour
1/3 teaspoon baking powder
75 gr Butter
Strawberry Jam
Directions:
1. Mix the eggs and sugar until it smooth.
2. Add milk, flour and butter, mix it well
3. Pour it into cake pan (30x30cm).
4. Bake at 225°C for 10 minutes.
5. Flip it on the cake pan (add some butter), add the strawberry jam.
6. Roll it.
