Ingredients:
1kg Beef, cut into 25 pieces
10 gr Garlic
20 gr Onion
6-8 sheets of Bay Leaf
1 Lemon Grass
10 gr Galangal
300 gr Tomatoes
100 gr Chili, smoothen
Oil
Directions:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil. Add the garlic, onion, bayleaf, lemon grass, galangal.
2. Add the beef, stir it for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the chili and tomatoes.
4. Cook it for 45-60 minutes.
