250 gr Beef Ribs
25 gr Garlic
20 gr Ginger
Salted Vege
Salt
Water
Oil
Directions:
1. Fry garlic and ginger with the cooking oil until it fragrant
2. Add the ribs, stir it for 1-2 minutes
3. Add the water, and boil until it cooked
4. Add the salted vege, stir it for 30 seconds.
5. Add the salt if needed, served.
