Homemade 32 - Lempar

Ingredients:
Lempar:
500 gr Sticky Rice
350 cc Coconut Milk
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Filling:
200gr Chicken Breast
Garlic
Sugar
Salt
Coconut Milk

Banana Leaf

Directions:
1. Steam the sticky rice for 30 minutes.
2. Add the coconut milk and salt, steam it for the other 15minutes.
3. Fry the garlic until fragrant.
4. Add the chicken breast, sugar, salt, and coconut milk.
5. Stir it until it cooked.
6. Take 2 tablespoon of sticky rice, and add 1 tablespoon of filling
7. Shape and wrap it with banana leaf.
