250 gr Butter
2 Yolks
100 gr Grated Cheese (Cheddar / Edam)
375 gr Flour
Garnish:
Grated Cheese (as desired)
Directions:
1. Whisk the butter until it turn white.
2. Add the yolk and whisk it again
3. Add the flour and cheese, stir it again
4. Shape it as desired and garnish with cheese
5. Bake at 120°C for 1 hour.
